Services · Google reviews

Negative Google reviews: we remove the ones that break the rules and turn the rest into an advantage.

One malicious one-star review can cost you clients for months. We report fake, spam and inappropriate reviews to Google with evidence and escalate until they come down. We answer genuine criticism in a way that convinces new clients, and a review system brings your rating back where it belongs.

What can actually be removed

Google deletes reviews that violate its policies. We know how to prove it.

Google does not remove a review because it is negative, but because it breaks the content rules: it is not from a real customer, it comes from a competitor or a former employee, it contains insults, threats or personal data, it is unrelated to your service, it is part of a spam attack or was written with a conflict of interest. Most such reviews stay up because owners flag them with one click and no explanation, so Google rejects the request.

We report every disputed review with documentation: a check against your client records, the timeline, the pattern of other reviews from the same profile, screenshots. If the first report fails, we escalate through Google Business Profile support, and for defamatory or unlawful content we use Google's legal removal form, with your lawyer where needed.

There is no legal way to delete reviews from real customers and we do not promise it. Anyone who promises to "take down all negative reviews" uses methods that can get your profile suspended. We handle those reviews with a reply, direct contact with the customer and a steady flow of new positive reviews, which is what new clients actually see and decide on.

How we work

Five steps, from the first report to a profile that defends itself.

  1. 1

    Review audit

We go through every review, mark those that violate the policies and rate the chances of each. You get a clear list: what can be removed, what cannot, and what we will do with the rest.

  2. 2

    Report with evidence

Each disputed review is reported through Google Business Profile with reasoning and evidence, because a report without context is almost always rejected.

  3. 3

    Escalation

Rejected reports are escalated to Google Business Profile support. For defamation, threats and published personal data we use the legal form, with your lawyer when needed.

  4. 4

    Replies and contact

We reply to every negative review professionally and specifically. Where the customer is real, we help you resolve the issue and invite them to update the rating.

  5. 5

    New reviews and monitoring

We set up a system that regularly asks satisfied customers for a review, so the average rises. We monitor the profile monthly and alert you as soon as a new negative review arrives.

FAQ

About Google review removal.

Can you guarantee a review will be removed?

No, because Google makes the decision. We can guarantee that every disputed review is reported with the best possible documentation and escalated to the end. After the audit we tell you honestly which reviews have a realistic chance and which do not.

How long does removal take?

Google's first decision usually arrives within a few days to two weeks. Escalations take two to six weeks. Legal requests depend on the case.

The review is from a real customer but unfair. What then?

Nobody can legally delete such a review. We reply so that new clients see your professionalism, contact the customer and try to resolve the issue, then invite them to update the rating. At the same time we build a flow of new reviews, because the average is what people look at.

Is this compliant with Google's rules?

Yes. We use only Google's official channels for reports and legal requests. We do not write fake reviews, pay for reviews or use tools that mass-report content, because all of that can get a profile suspended.

Can you remove negative reviews on other platforms?

Booking, TripAdvisor, Facebook and others have similar rules. We handle reporting and replies there too, as part of the same service.
