From 1 October 2026 your Croatian website must publish a price list and anchor prices. We set it up in a day.
On 10 September 2026 the Croatian Government adopted two decisions (Official Gazette 101/2026) that oblige every retailer and every service provider selling to consumers to display an anchor price next to every price and to publish a machine-readable price list on their website, keeping it for 30 days. We set it up, automate it and keep it running, so you deal with customers, not inspectors. We work exclusively with companies and sole traders.
What the law requires
Two decisions, four obligations, fines up to €30,000.
The Decision on displaying an additional price extends the anchor price to all retail products and, for the first time, to all services provided to consumers. The anchor price is the price valid on 10 September 2026; for food, drinks, cosmetics, cleaning products, toiletries and household goods the anchor of 2 May 2025 remains. It must be shown wherever you show a price: on the premises, in flyers and ads, on the website and in the web shop.
The Decision on publishing price lists obliges anyone with a website to publish a price list on it in CSV or XML format. Retailers update it every working day by 8:00, service providers on every price change, no later than 8:00 on the day the new price applies. Published lists are kept for 30 days. The file name must contain the type and address of the outlet, the outlet identifier, the warehouse number and the date and time of publication.
The obligation also covers salons, clinics, trades and every other service provider whose website is only a presentation. It does not apply to businesses that sell exclusively to other businesses. Enforcement is by the market inspectors of the State Inspectorate; fines are €3,000 to €30,000 for legal entities, €1,000 to €4,000 for the responsible person and €1,000 to €6,000 for sole traders.
What the price list must contain
- Products: name, code, brand, unit of measure and unit price where applicable, retail price, whether it is a special sale and its name, anchor price, barcode, availability
- Services: service name, retail price, whether it is a special sale and its name, anchor price
- Format: CSV or XML, machine-readable, publicly available on the website
- Archive: every published list available for 30 days
- Several outlets: one structure, a separate file per outlet
Deadline1 October 2026. The anchor price for newly covered products and services is the price on 10 September 2026.
What we do

We built our own plugin that generates, publishes and archives the price list automatically. On WordPress and WooCommerce it installs as a plugin; for static and other sites we use a kit that generates the list from a single table. You enter prices once and the system does the rest.
We offer the service to businesses whose website we did not build as well: give us access, we set it up and document it.

The WordPress and WooCommerce plugin and the static-site kit are included in the service. Clients on a monthly maintenance plan get them installed at no extra charge. A fixed price by site size, no hidden costs.
We provide this service exclusively to companies and sole traders, not to private individuals. The price depends on the platform the site runs on and how much customisation it needs. All prices exclude VAT; implementation hours are charged according to the quote you receive before work starts.

FAQ
About the anchor price and the digital price list.
I run a salon and my website shows no prices. Do I have to publish a price list?
Yes. The obligation applies to every service provider with a website, even if the site is only a presentation. A service price list does not have to change daily, only on every price change.
What is the anchor price for a service or product I introduced after 10 September 2026?
The first price at which you offered it. The plugin records it automatically at the first publication, so you do not have to keep records by hand.
I sell only to businesses. Does this apply to me?
No. The obligations cover sales to consumers. If you sell to both consumers and businesses, the obligation applies to the consumer part of your business.
My site runs on Wix, Shopify or another platform. Can this be solved?
Yes. For platforms without code access we use the kit that generates the list from your table and publishes it on the site or on a subdomain. For Shopify we use the product export. We adapt the solution to the platform you are on.
What if publishing fails one day?
The plugin publishes at 07:30, before the legal deadline, and with monthly monitoring we check that publishing succeeds and contact you if anything gets stuck. The 30-day archive is kept automatically.
