Golden Hands, massage salon

Vodice · tourism and wellness · local regulars and seasonal visitors

A phone showing a Google Maps result with reviews and a booking button, Golden Hands example

Starting point

A salon in a town with a strong summer season. Guests come from across Europe, stay a few days and look for a massage on their phone, usually on Google Maps and in English. Out of season the business relies on local regulars.

The salon depended on walk-ins and word of mouth, with no way for guests to find it before arriving and no way to book without a phone call. The answer was our growth package: a website, a Google Business Profile and Meta profiles set up together.

What we did

  • A bilingual, mobile-first website with appointment booking as the primary action
  • Google Business Profile: categories, services, photos, description and Q&A
  • Facebook and Instagram business profiles with a message button, a posting plan and seasonal Meta ads aimed at guests staying in Vodice
  • A review system after every treatment, with a QR code in the salon
  • Service pages based on what guests actually search for: massage, sports massage, wellness packages
  • Tracking of calls, direction clicks and bookings, separated by channel
  • 300+online bookings in the first two monthsbefore we started: 0 online bookings
  • 0 → 49Google reviews, 4.9 ratingbefore we started → today
  • 70%of guests come via Instagram and Facebookshare of new bookings

“Our season is short and our guests come from half of Europe. Digital Momentum built us a site in several languages, sorted out the Google profile and Instagram, and now guests book an appointment before they even arrive in Vodice. What we value most is seeing numbers every month, not impressions.”

Elektro-Zentrum, electrical contractor, Vienna

Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland · installations, E-Befund inspections, wallbox, solar · 24/7 emergency service

Google search results for an electrician in Vienna with a local map pack and a highlighted result

Starting point

A master electrician's business in Austria's largest market. In Vienna every “Elektriker” search has dozens of providers, and emergency calls are decided in a minute: the customer looks at price, availability and proof that the company is real, then calls the first one they trust.

The site had to answer those three questions on the first screen, in German, and turn a visit into a call, day and night.

What we did

  • A German-language site with prices right on the home page and the emergency service as the primary action
  • Sections per service: installations, E-Befund inspections, wallbox, solar, emergency call-outs
  • Phone number in the header and at the bottom of every page, with call tracking per service
  • Photos of the real team and real work, all with descriptive alt text
  • Structured data for a local trade with the service area Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland
  • Google Business Profile: categories, services, photos and a review system for “Elektriker Wien” and “Notdienst” searches
  • Facebook and Instagram business profiles with posts of real jobs and emergency call-outs
  • Digital marketing: Google Ads for emergency searches and local SEO per Vienna district

Key channels
Google Search and Maps for “Elektriker Wien” and “Notdienst”
What is measured
Calls per service and hour, quote requests, rankings per Vienna district

“In our trade everything is decided by who answers first and who states the price clearly. Digital Momentum built us a site that does that for us: prices on the first screen, the emergency service one tap away, a Google profile and social media that work together. For the first time we see how many calls come from Google and how many from referrals.”

Klima-Zentrum, air conditioning and heat pumps, Vienna

Vienna, all districts · installation, servicing and repair of air conditioning, heat pumps, heating service · emergency call-outs

A phone showing a Google Maps result with reviews and buttons to call and request a quote

Starting point

A strongly seasonal trade: air conditioning in summer, heating and heat pumps in winter. A customer in Vienna decides on price, installation date and brand, compares three quotes and calls whoever states the price up front. Without clear prices and a guarantee, the enquiry goes to a competitor.

The site had to cover every service, every brand and every district of the city, and turn a look at the prices into a quote request or an appointment.

What we did

  • A German-language site with clear prices and appointment ordering as the primary action
  • Sections per service: installation, servicing, repair, heat pumps, heating service, emergencies
  • Pages per appliance brand and per Vienna district, for the searches customers actually type
  • A satisfaction guarantee and master-craftsman status as trust signals next to every price
  • Around sixty photos of real installations with descriptive alt text, structured data, call and enquiry tracking
  • Google Business Profile with services, prices, installation photos and customer reviews
  • Facebook and Instagram profiles with seasonal posts: air conditioning in summer, heating and heat pumps in winter
  • Digital marketing: seasonal Google Ads campaigns per service and district, local SEO
  • 14 → 39quote requests per month in seasonMay to August, before we started → today
  • Top 3on Google Maps for "Klimaanlage Wien"before we started: outside the top 20
  • 31calls and messages per month from Instagram and Facebookthe profiles did not exist before we started

“Our work follows the weather: air conditioning in summer, heating in winter. Digital Momentum set up the site, the Google profile and the posts to that rhythm, so enquiries arrive when we need them. The customer sees the price and the brand before calling and calls ready, and we know which district and which service it is for.”
